October is very nearly upon us so brace yourselves for everything Rosary. My blog is no exception. Why October? Because the Church dedicates the month to the Holy Rosary. This year, especially, you should note all the Rosaries! 2017 marks the 100th anniversary of Our Lady's apparition at Fatima. She appeared on the 13th of every month, from May through October, to the three shepherd children. One of her requests to us was that we pray the Rosary every day. I know, it's daunting. God Will Show Up Big Time
"Ever since the creation of the world his eternal power and divine nature, invisible though they are, have been understood and seen through the things he has made." Romans 1:20 Our house is situated near a smallish man-made lake. In fact, I know this isn't what my reaction would be. I came into the ... continue reading...

That she was a joyous child and devoted herself to Christ at an early age. It’s not news to you, either, that she made several visits to Pope Gregory XI and then to Pope Urban VI, urging them - among other things - to leave Avignon and return to Rome. There is no shortage of stories about Catherine of Siena; she led a ... continue reading...
